This will depend on your desired extraction method. The Arasu ground coffee is ideal for pour-over or French-press extraction method. Should you prefer an espresso or want to be flexible you can purchase the beans and grind to your preference. For more information you can visit our blog page.

Cancelling your order is possible provided the cancellation request is received prior to the order being shipped. We process orders frequently to ensure they get shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Once an order is processed, we can no longer make changes.

We charge a flat delivery fee of R109.90 for orders below R950.00.

Orders from R950 and above will receive free delivery nationwide.

Delivery will take between 3 – 5 working days.

• FINE: Espresso Machine, Stove Top, Espresso Pot
• MEDIUM: One-Cup, Filter or Drip Brewer
• MEDIUM-COARSE: French Press, Plunger, Bodum
• EXTRA-COARSE: Cold Brew or Genuine Percolator

We recommend you store your opened coffee in a dry, ventilated place, away from light and humidity.

Once your order has been processed, the courier tracking details will be provided to you so you can track your delivery.
