PayFast is a well-known, user-friendly, secure payment method that does not require you to download an app. Below are the simple steps and many payment methods you can choose from when using PayFast:

• On Checkout, choose PayFast as your payment method and proceed
• Select your preferred method of payment:

Once payment has been completed, Arasu Specialty Coffee will receive an alert and we will commence with your order.

Payflex

PayFlex is an interest-free payment plan available at checkout. You can either use Payflex to pay in a few simple instalments, or as a once off payment gateway.

To use PayFlex on our website, follow these easy steps:

• Select “PayFlex” as your payment option at checkout (available for orders up to R15,000).
• Enter your details, including your name, email, cellphone number, and South African ID number.
• Confirm your cellphone number by entering the one-time PIN sent to you via SMS.
• PayFlex will perform an eligibility and credit check on their side.
• You can use any Visa, Mastercard or American Express card (Debit, Credit or Cheque) to make a Payflex payment.
• Set your PayFlex password if you are buying on credit.
• Once your first payment is made, we will begin processing your order, and you will receive an email confirming the estimated delivery date.

Please Note: If you are not approved for a PayFlex account, you will be redirected back to the Checkout page to choose a different payment method to complete your order.

WalletDoc

WalletDoc is a great payment gateway to pay for your coffee or merchandise order online.

Here are the easy steps to follow to pay with WalletDoc:

• On checkout, select WalletDoc as the payment method.
• WalletDoc accepts VISA, American Express, Diners Club International and Mastercard.
• When selecting WalletDoc, it will open a new screen, allowing you to choose between Debit/Credit Card and “Click to pay”
• When selecting card, it will ask you for your card details and once entered, you click the pay button.
• Please note most banks will ask you for 3D verification so make sure your phone is close by when ordering.
• As soon as payment has gone through, we will receive an email notification and start packing your order for you.

Ozow

Ozow is a user-friendly payment method that enables you to make secure EFT payments that clear immediately. Here’s how it works:

• On checkout, select Ozow as your payment method.
• Select your bank from the list of major South African Banks
• Log in to your online banking using your online banking credentials.
• Select the account from which you wish to pay.
• Your bank will send you a two-factor authentication request either via SMS, USSD Push message or In-App authorisation.
• Once you have successfully authorised your payment, we will receive a notification of your order.
